New website sets Spectrum Framing up for doing business online!

CK Services recently launched a new website for Spectrum Framing, a boutique gallery and framing business based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
Spectrum’s existing website was dated and provided little information about the nature of Spectrum’s products and quality of their work.

Tim and Jo Roberts, of Spectrum, decided that they would like a fresh new look, which would also enable them to sell prints online. We were very pleased when they chose us to produce it for them.

Spectrum’s new website sticks very closely to their established brand – using black as the predominant colour, with their signature spectrum of colours across the top, acting as a divider between the header and the content. Their home page also features a gallery of the type of prints that they sell, and a Twitter feed, which pulls their Tweets directly from Twitter in real-time. Spectrum is very active on Twitter, and wanted to use Social Media to the best possible advantage on their website.

The new website was launched in mid-November, to the delight of Tim and Jo, who have had many positive comments about it.
One of these in particular, was amusing: “I didn’t expect something so good for a North Yorkshire town!”
Well it just goes to show, Thirsk is not a backwater, it’s a thriving vibrant town with businesses to match.

We’re very proud to have worked with Spectrum on the production of their new website, and we’re sure that it will bring them lots of new business in the future!
